Grant Kennedy is a singer-songwriter and emergency physician who grew up on the Canadian prairies. When you listen to Kennedy you hear warm melodies and easy-listening vocals blended with strong musicianship.

His debut album HOME released in 2018 features the indie-cool, folk-pop anthem AMSTERDAM. The uniquely animated video for AMSTERDAM (youtu.be/V9JiIVOmh2M) has been viewed over 100,000 times on social media and the song has received rave reviews from music bloggers internationally. At home in Canada the single has received airplay on CBC Radio 1 on regional programs from coast to coast and was recently ranked as one of the top 50 songs of 2018 by 106.5 Mountain FM in Canmore and Banff. On HOME Kennedy displays his abilities as a multi-instrumentalist playing guitar, piano, bass, ukulele, trumpet and glockenspiel. Fittingly the album was recorded within Kennedy's family HOME which provided warm, natural acoustics to compliment his family and life-inspired songs.

Produced in Calgary by Robert Vulic and Grant Kennedy, the album was then sent to Chris Gehringer for mastering at the world-famous Sterling Sound mastering studios in New York City.

Grant would like to say a special thanks to his family Christine, Ella, and Mark and to his parents Marsh and Donna.
